How long does a clean usually take?

The time required depends on the size and condition of the property. If the condition is significantly worse than expected on arrival, we’ll let you know and may recommend additional time at an additional cost to ensure the property is cleaned thoroughly. We never rush jobs at the expense of quality.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring essential cleaning products and cloths as standard. For hygiene and allergy reasons, we ask that a vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket are available at the property. For end of tenancy cleans, equipment can be provided if needed for an additional charge.

What’s the difference between domestic and deep cleaning?

Domestic cleaning is for regular upkeep of homes that are already maintained. Deep cleaning is more detailed and focuses on built-up dirt and neglected areas, often chosen as a first clean or one-off reset.

How does payment work?

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This confirms your slot and allows us to plan the clean properly. The remaining balance is due after the clean is completed.

We accept several payment methods for your convenience:
-Contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay
-Secure payment links, which we can send by text or email
-Cash payments, if preferred

While cash is accepted, we encourage digital payments where possible, as they are quicker, more secure, and easier to track.
If you have a preferred payment method, you’re welcome to let us know in advance.

Can I add extra services to my booking?

Yes. During booking, you can select optional add-ons such as additional rooms, appliance cleaning, or extra focus areas. This helps us understand your needs and allocate enough time for the clean.

If we arrive and feel more time is needed due to the condition of the property, we’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, you don’t need to be home during the clean. As long as we have safe access to the property, we can carry out the cleaning while you’re away.

Common ways customers provide access include:
-Being at home to let us in at the start of the clean
-Leaving a key in a secure place (for example, a lockbox or with a concierge)
-Providing access via a building reception or concierge desk
-Leaving the door unlocked for the agreed arrival time
-Having someone else (such as a neighbour, friend, or agent) let us in

If you have any specific access instructions, you can share these during booking or message us beforehand so we can plan accordingly.
