End of tenancy cleans are often carried out in empty properties, where cleaning equipment may not be available.
If a vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket are available at the property, we’re happy to use them. If not, we can provide the necessary equipment — this may involve an additional charge, which will be confirmed during booking.
